Welcome to GRASS (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Please carefully read the following Terms of Service before using the Service. By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

GRASS is an outdoor activity-based social platform designed to help users meet like-minded friends and partners through real outdoor experiences. The Service includes but is not limited to: profile creation, Outdoor Passport, buddy matching, group adventures, and instant messaging features.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Service.
  • You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information.
  • Each user may only maintain one account.

2.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must not share your account with third parties.
  • If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
  • The Service is not liable for losses caused by improper account management.

3. User Conduct Guidelines

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or impersonating personal information.
  • Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm other users in any way.
  • Post pornographic, violent, hateful, or other inappropriate content.
  • Engage in commercial solicitation, spam distribution, or fraudulent activities.

4. Content Ownership

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on the Service. However, you grant GRASS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.

4.2 GRASS Content

Trademarks, logos, designs, text, images, and software within the Service are owned by GRASS or its licensors. They may not be reproduced, modified, or used in any way without written permission.

5. Paid Services

  • The Service offers free basic features and paid premium features.
  • Paid subscriptions will automatically renew based on your selected plan unless cancelled before the expiration date.
  • After cancellation, premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund policies are governed by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store regulations.

6. Disclaimer

  • The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Users are responsible for their own safety during activities. GRASS is not liable for any injuries or losses occurring during outdoor activities.
  • We are not responsible for the actions, content, or representations of other users.
  • We recommend taking appropriate safety precautions before meeting others in person.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRASS and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination and Suspension

  • You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by deleting your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
  • After account termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
